We’ve taken care to make it easy for you to indulge yourself with an exotic car rental experience that’s simple and fast. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help.  Our enthusiastic customer care team will be happy to help you. Below are some of the questions we get most often.

How can I reserve the car?                   

Simply Text or Call to begin chatting with one of our team members to pick the the dates you need and car you love!

What are my reservation options?

We offer several packages to suit your needs. You can reserve any of our cars for the amount of time you actually need it by choosing from our packages ranging from three hours to up to a week. The exotic car experience has never been easier!

Can I come check out the car before making my reservation?

We get a lot of requests to come check out our cars. We understand why. These cars are EXCITING to say the least.  Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming requests we receive to just come look, we don’t currently offer pre-examination before completing a full reservation. And of course, you will have ample opportunity to examine the car when you come to pick it up!

How does car insurance work for this rental?

When you finalize your reservation, we’ll contact your insurance company to verify that your auto insurance policy will cover the vehicle for the duration of your rental agreement. But don’t stress — most insurance policies do, indeed, cover rental vehicles. Most people have language in their auto insurance policies confirming coverage of high-end vehicles without even knowing it. Once we have contacted your agent to confirm coverage, you’ll be all set to get behind the wheel for an exquisite ride you won’t forget!

What is the required deposit?

We do require a deposit for each of our cars.  The deposit varies based on the car’s value. Your deposit is returned to you 24-48 hours after you have returned the car and a complete inspection has been performed.  Any fees (fuel, damage, late return, over mileage, etc) will be itemized and deducted from your deposit per your signed rental agreement.

What’s your age requirement?

All of our renters must be at least 21 years old.

Can we deliver the car to you?

ABSOLUTELY.  Leave it to us.  We’ll transport the car to wherever you’d like at a time that makes sense for your schedule.  This option is priced separately from your rental amount.  A member of our staff will be happy to help you with it.  The best part about it… your included mileage will then start when we drop the car off to you… not as you’re driving it from us!()

Can you Vape or Smoke in the vehicles?

The fee for any odor (smoke, vape, perfume, food, body odor, etc.) detected in the car upon return will result in the total loss of your deposit in addition to any other fees that may be incurred to bring the car back to its prior rental condition.
